Shipping and Returns

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Italy)

Your order's shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout (all orders are eligible for free shipping, unless otherwise indicated on the payment page).

Shipping within Italy takes approximately 4-8 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping worldwide.

Shipping outside Italy takes approximately 11-20 business days, depending on the destination.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

International customers are responsible for any taxes or customs duties imposed by the destination country. We cannot refund these taxes and duties for international shipments.

Before making a purchase, we recommend consulting local customs authorities about current rates to avoid unpleasant surprises.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will check on it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 60 days after placing your order, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We assess these cases individually, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

SHIPPING FEES

All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to return an item, you will need to pay and cover the shipping costs.

If your purchase is an international order (shipped to a country outside Italy), we cannot include any shipping fees associated with your order. Our 60-day refund guarantee only covers the amount paid for the product, excluding shipping costs for international orders.

Once we receive the returned products, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that returned products must not be damaged.

When returning an item, consider using a registered or trackable shipping method to ensure your returned item reaches us properly.
